Rob Berger was invited to what he thought was an educational seminar at his broker (on how to navigate volatile markets) but attended what amounted to an investment pitch at a steakhouse.
He breaks down all the red flags, of which there are so so so many, and I wonder how many people get suckered in by these pitches. (the answer is a lot, they don’t give out free steak dinners for no reason!)
